Prices, Payment and VAT

Prices

Displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs which are indicated separately before payment.

Prices differ from one country to another. This is not arbitrary: cross-border transport, the applicable VAT rate, and payment processing fees are not the same everywhere. The binding price is the one displayed at the time of your order.

Payment Methods

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland).

You can pay by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and via Klarna. Depending on your country, other standard payment methods are offered: Bancontact in Belgium, EPS in Austria, BLIK in Poland, MB Way in Portugal, Satispay in Italy, as well as Link. The exact list is displayed at checkout: it depends on your country, the currency, and the order amount.

We do not see or store your card number. The amount is charged upon ordering. If the payment is declined, the order is not formed.

The descriptor appearing on your bank statement is NATEEN — not the seller's corporate name, so that you can easily recognise the purchase.

VAT

Displayed prices include VAT.

Apogee Medical Supplies s. r. o. is established in Slovakia and registered for VAT there. As long as our distance sales to consumers within the European Union remain below the European threshold of 10 000 € per year, Slovak VAT applies, regardless of your delivery country. Above this threshold, the VAT of your country applies; we then declare it via the European One-Stop Shop (OSS).

In both cases, the applied rate and the VAT amount appear on the order summary displayed before payment, and subsequently on your invoice. That document is authoritative.

Invoice

Issued in the name of Apogee Medical Supplies s. r. o. and sent by email. It contains the required details: seller identification, IČO, IČ DPH, date, invoice number, itemised product details, tax-exclusive base amount, VAT rate and amount, and total amount inclusive of all taxes.

If you are ordering on behalf of a VAT-registered entity, please provide your VAT number: we will re-issue the invoice accordingly.

Refunds

Always issued to the original payment method, via Stripe. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank: please allow 5 to 10 business days after our instruction.
