Right of withdrawal

The principle

You have fourteen days to change your mind, without giving any reason and without penalty.

The period runs from the day on which you — or a person designated by you, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the last parcel of the order.

How to exercise it

Notify us before the end of the fourteen days by means of an unambiguous statement:

• or by using the form below, which is not mandatory.

We will acknowledge receipt without delay, on a durable medium.

The return

Return the products no later than fourteen days after notifying us, to the address Apogee Medical Supplies s. r. o. — warehouse, Cesta poľnohospodárov 4, 971 01 Prievidza, Slovakia.

We bear the return shipping costs. Write to us and we will send you a prepaid return label: you advance nothing, regardless of the reason.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

The reimbursement

We will reimburse you no later than fourteen days after being informed of your decision, and we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back — whichever is the earliest.

The reimbursement covers the price of the products and the standard delivery costs you paid. If you chose a faster delivery method than our standard offer, we do not reimburse the additional cost.

We reimburse using the same means of payment as the one used for the order, unless expressly agreed to another means. The reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.

The exception that applies to you

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, **if they have been unsealed after delivery**.

Our protective pads are sealed hygiene products. In practice:

We remind you of this before payment: you accept this exception knowingly. If you wish to try a product risk-free, order a single bag: it is always possible to return the others, intact.
